Johnny Giles
Giles forced his way into the Manchester United first team towards the climax of the 1959-60 season. Playing on the right wing, however he was always willing to direct operations from midfield, he won his first major trophy in 1963 as he helped Manchester United defeat Leicester City in the FA Cup final. Giles is a true football legend to have played at Manchester United. He moved to Leeds United in 1963, and in his debut season playing for them they finished runners up in the FA Cup. In 1968-69, Leeds finally won the championship and, after the disappointment of losing a second FA Cup final in 1970, they gained revenge as they defeated Arsenal to win the 1972 FA Cup final.
